# Termy 1.6.2: Data Services Update

RabbitMQ connections are more reliable, connection failures are easier to understand, and live messages are easier to inspect.

Current public builds require macOS 26 or later. [See the latest release: 1.7.9.](https://termyapp.com/releases/1.7.9)

## RabbitMQ

- **Connect to TLS-enabled RabbitMQ services through an SSH tunnel.** Termy now verifies the original broker correctly while carrying the connection through the local tunnel.
- **Connection tests now check both RabbitMQ and its Management API.** Saved credentials are reused when appropriate, and failures clearly identify whether the broker or the Management endpoint needs attention.
- **Watch new messages without naming an existing queue.** Leave Queue empty, choose an exchange and routing pattern, and start a Live tap. Termy uses a temporary queue that is removed automatically when you stop.

## Interface

- **Data Service controls are now arranged consistently.** Refresh stays on the left and Disconnect stays at the far right across PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and RabbitMQ.
- **RabbitMQ message controls now align cleanly.** Queue, prefetch, Pull, Peek, and consume actions use a consistent height and clearer active states.

## Connection and compatibility reference

Read the [SSH workflow](https://termyapp.com/ssh-client-macos), [SSH Config guide](https://termyapp.com/guides/ssh-config-proxyjump) and [compatibility documentation](https://termyapp.com/compatibility) for the current application behavior.
